What is the delivery time of your products?

For existing products can be shipped within 3~5 days after we receive payment. In general, the delivery time of our product is about 15~20 days (3~5 days for sample order), customized product will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients.

What is your payment method?

T/T or L/C. 30% deposit is paid in advance before production, and the 70% balance payment is paid before delivery. For orders with a total amount of less than USD 1,000, we recommend paying 99.999% in advance to reduce bank charges.

Our factory has our own laboratory. And our products will be tested by QC department before delivery.

What is the shipping method of the goods?

Usually our goods are exported by sea freight in full container. We support sea freight, air freight, rail freight and international express. If small quantity, we suggest to send by express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT FEDEX.
